The Dashboard will display the following alerts at the top right of the page:
New Pmt Issues: issues related to payments, such as failed payments or expiring payment methods. This number will change back to 0 once you have viewed the new issues.
Disputes: customer invoice disputes. This number will change once you have resolved the disputes.
New Exp. P2Ps: if a customer fails to honor a P2P by the promise date. This number will change back to 0 once you have viewed the new expired P2Ps.
Lien Waivers: lien waiver requests associated with a payment. This number will change as lien waivers are created or as they expire.
By clicking these alerts, a popup will appear on the screen showing a summary of the relevant items.
