DMSI Agility
If your business runs on DMSI Agility with PartnerView, Suppli connects to your ERP to keep your AR data current and sends payment information back automatically each night.
How data flows in (DMSI Agility to Suppli)
Agility exports a set of files to Suppli once a day.
In DMSI Agility | Appears in Suppli as |
|---|---|
Customers | Customers |
Customer contacts | Customer contacts and portal users |
Projects | Job/Ship-tos |
Invoices | Invoices |
Finance charges | Invoices, marked FC |
Credits | Credits |
Cash accounts | Deposits |
Two things worth knowing:
This is a daily integration, not a live one. A change you make in Agility appears in Suppli after the next daily export, not within minutes.
Locations do not sync. Agility does not send location data, so location fields and location-based reporting are not available for this integration.
How payments flow out (Suppli to DMSI Agility)
Payments collected in Suppli are batched and sent back to Agility overnight as an electronic lockbox remittance file, so your books reflect what was collected the following morning. Payments are not sent one at a time as they happen.
The remittance lists every document the customer paid. Specifically:
Each invoice appears with its amount, and the early payment discount is reported per invoice rather than netted into the total, so you can see the discount against the invoice it belongs to.
Any credit or deposit the customer applied is shown against its original document, with both the amount used and the document's total.
Payments are grouped by the bank account they settled into. Card and ACH collections can arrive as separate remittances within the same nightly transmission, which matters if you reconcile by deposit.
Suppli archives every remittance file it sends. If there is ever a question about what was transmitted, support can confirm exactly what went out and when.

Important things to know
Deposits are created in Agility, not in Suppli. Your customers can apply an existing deposit to a payment in the portal, and that application is reported back in the nightly remittance. New deposits have to be taken in Agility.
A payment that nets to zero cannot be taken in Suppli. If a credit covers an invoice in full, nothing is left to collect, so that application must be made in Agility. Partial credit applications alongside a payment are fine and transmit normally.
Payments transmit overnight. Payments collected today are visible in Agility the following morning. There is no way to push a single payment through sooner, so if something looks wrong the next morning, contact support rather than waiting another night.
Auto-remittance application is available on the Agility side. If you would like payments to apply automatically without manual intervention, ask your DMSI administrator to enable Apply A/R Remittance/Lockbox Payments Automatically on your customer Bill-to records.
Payment terms come from Agility. Terms live on the customer Bill-to record in Agility and appear at the bottom of your Agility invoice PDFs. In Suppli, they show on the customer's header in the merchant portal and in the customer portal header, and both are populated from your Agility customer export. If the payment terms column is not included in that export, both will be blank, and the fix is on the Agility export rather than in Suppli.
Troubleshooting
An invoice or customer is not showing in Suppli.
Confirm the daily export ran successfully on the Agility side.
Remember that same-day changes will not appear until the next export.
If the export ran and the data is still missing, contact support at support@gosuppli.com with the invoice number or customer name.
A payment made in Suppli is not in Agility the next morning.
Confirm the payment shows as Successful in Suppli.
Allow until mid-morning, since the remittance transmits overnight.
Contact support with the payment date, amount, and customer. We can check the archived remittance file and confirm what was transmitted.
No remittance arrived at all last night. If nothing came through, this usually points to the bank or lockbox configuration for a payment type rather than an individual payment. Contact support and we will check it.
A card payment landed in unapplied cash, or a credit your customer applied did not come through on a card payment. Contact support with the payment date, amount, customer, and the invoices the customer intended to pay. This one needs a look at the actual remittance file before anyone changes a setting, so please do not adjust your Bill-to configuration until we have reviewed it with you.
Invoice PDFs are not appearing in the customer portal. Agility invoice PDFs reach Suppli as emailed documents and are matched to invoices by invoice number. Confirm the documents are still being sent to the Suppli email address provided during onboarding, then contact support with the invoice number if they are still missing.
A refund was issued in Suppli but is not reflected in Agility. Refunds do not sync. Record the refund in Agility to keep your books accurate.
