Infor CSD
If your business runs on Infor CloudSuite Distribution, Suppli connects to your ERP to keep your AR data current and automatically pushes payments back. No manual exports, no re-keying.
How data flows in (Infor CSD to Suppli)
Suppli pulls from the Infor Data Lake every 30 minutes.
In Infor CSD | Appears in Suppli as |
|---|---|
Invoices (tcode 0) | Invoices |
Service charges (tcode 1) | Finance charges |
Unapplied cash (tcode 3) | Deposits |
Misc. credits (tcode 5) | Credits |
Customer checks and on-account cash (tcode 7) | Deposits |
Customers | Customers |
Warehouses | Locations |
Ship-tos | Job/Ship-tos |
A few things worth knowing about what comes across:
Invoices appear once the order has been invoiced in Infor CSD. Open orders do not sync. This is the first thing to check when an invoice is missing from Suppli.
Customer checks show as deposits. When your team keys a customer check or on-account cash in Infor CSD, it comes into Suppli as a deposit, which your customer sees as money on account. This is expected.
Payments keyed directly in Infor CSD are not pulled into Suppli as payments. The balance change still reaches Suppli, through the invoice, credit, deposit, and check records instead. Your customers see accurate balances either way, but a payment your team enters in Infor CSD will not appear in the Suppli payments list.
Scope. Your connection covers one Infor CSD company number, and can optionally be limited to a single default warehouse. Records outside that scope do not come into Suppli.
How payments flow out (Suppli to Infor CSD)
When a customer pays in Suppli, the payment is pushed to Infor CSD along with the invoice lines it applies to, so it lands applied on the customer's account. For most payments, your team doesn't need to do anything manually.
Depending on how your account is configured, certain payments can be set aside for your team to enter in Infor CSD rather than pushed automatically. When that happens, Suppli flags the payment, so anything that needs your attention shows up rather than going quiet.
Two things that help when you are looking for a payment in Infor CSD:
The payment arrives with the check number set to the Suppli payment ID. That is the fastest way to find it.
It posts to the customer's account in the warehouse tied to that customer's location, or your default warehouse if your connection is set to default warehouse only.
If the customer used a credit or deposit, Suppli applies that first, then pushes the payment.
Confirmation is not instant. Suppli submits the payment, Infor CSD returns an order number, and Suppli then checks the Data Lake to confirm it landed. That confirmation can carry over into a later sync, so allow a couple of sync cycles before assuming something went wrong.

Important things to know
Credits and deposits from Infor CSD are read-only in Suppli. They display accurately for your customers, but you can only create or change them in Infor CSD. Deposits your team creates in Suppli do push across.
Credits and deposits are applied in full. When a customer applies a credit or deposit to a payment, the whole amount is used. Partial application is not available for Infor CSD merchants. An invoice fully covered by a credit or deposit also cannot go through as a $0 payment in Suppli, so apply it in Infor CSD instead.
Early payment discounts follow your Infor CSD terms, with two adjustments:
Suppli extends each invoice's discount cutoff by your A/R discount allowance days from Infor CSD, so the deadline your customer sees matches the grace period you already give them. If you change that setting in Infor CSD, the cutoff on existing invoices shifts at the next recalculation.
For ACH payments, the discount must be taken three business days before the cutoff because the funds need time to settle. A customer paying by ACH on the cutoff date will not receive the discount. Card payments are not adjusted this way.
A discount cannot be taken on a partial payment. The customer has to pay the full discounted amount of the invoice.
Debit memos with a -99 suffix. These are managed manually on the account in Infor CSD and display in Suppli as they appear in your ERP.
Troubleshooting
An invoice or credit is not showing in Suppli.
Confirm the order has been invoiced in Infor CSD. Open orders do not sync.
If it is invoiced and still missing after a couple of sync cycles, check the sync errors view in Suppli.
Confirm the record falls inside your connection's company number and warehouse scope.
If it is still missing, contact support at support@gosuppli.com with the invoice or credit number and the customer name.
A payment made in Suppli is not in Infor CSD yet.
Confirm the payment shows as Successful in Suppli.
Search Infor CSD for a check number matching the Suppli payment ID on that customer's account.
Allow a couple of sync cycles, since the push is confirmed asynchronously.
If it is still missing, contact support with the payment date, amount, and customer.
A payment failed because a credit or deposit was no longer available. Suppli re-checks credits and deposits in Infor CSD at the moment of the push. If the credit or deposit was used or changed in Infor CSD after your customer selected it, the push fails. Resolve the credit or deposit in Infor CSD, then contact support so we can retry the payment.
A customer got a discount they should not have, or missed one they should have. Check three things:
The terms on that customer's account in Infor CSD.
Your A/R discount allowance days setting.
For ACH payments, whether the customer paid at least three business days before the cutoff.
If all three look right, contact support with the invoice number and payment date.
If credits or deposits look wrong in the customer portal, Make the correction in Infor CSD. Suppli reflects the change on the next sync.
