What happens if my funds are withheld?
Very rarely your funds may be withheld from being deposited to your bank account. If this occurs, it is likely due to:
Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF): Your bank account does not have adequate funds at the time your monthly processing fees are to be debited from your account
High Risk Transaction: A transaction is deemed to be high risk. For example, a card is used consecutively in a short amount of time or a transaction is much larger than normal.
If your funds are withheld for NSF then please contact customer support and let them know when they can try to debit the account. Once the monthly processing fees have been debited, your funds will be released.
High risk transactions are typically held for a few days and then released. This is to reduce chargeback risks.
