Customer Payments

The Customer Payments section provides details of all payment and payment-related activity for a particular customer.

In this section, you'll find the following categories of payments for that customer:

• Payments

• Authorizations

• Promises-to-Pay (P2Ps)

• Payment Plans

• Refunds

You can use the search and filter section to narrow the list down, and you can sort by any of the headers (Payment Date, Type, Payment Amount, Adjustments, Net Payment, CC Fees, Amount Charged, Payment Methods, Status, and Deposited To).
